Tonight is the beginning of the new season of Top Chef in Las Vegas. I know it is kind of silly but I like the cooking elimination shows. Also tonight is the final show of Top Chef Masters. This show has increased my appreciation of Rick Bayless, he is very, very good and it comes through in this competition.
